Baglio Bonsignore presents itself to visitors with its characteristic eighteenth-century beam, 13 hectares of vineyards, a small lake and the magnificent cubbùro, that is an archaic thòlos hut, a type of construction already used since the Neolithic era for the shelter of shepherds and which gives its name to the company's cru wine.
In the country hotel under construction in the baglio, you can spend periods of absolute relaxation and, taking advantage of the centrality of the place, use the relais as a base for visiting any part of Sicily.

The visits to Baglio Bonsignore begin with the welcome and a walk among the rows, to reach the lake.
Then you go up to the cubbùro that stands on the hill. From there it is wonderful to widen the gaze on Naro, the profile of its castle, the body of water of the dam, the Pizzi di Giummello, the Serra Pulera and even Mount Etna, when the sky is clear.
The tasting or brunch takes place inside the 18th century building, skilfully renovated.
Outside, then, you can enjoy the cool shelter of the trees in the garden, where relaxation is guaranteed.

All activities will be carried out in full compliance with the anti-Covid regulations currently in force.
Thanks to the collaboration with Val Paradiso, a company in the Naro area that produces organic EVO and IGP Sicily oil of excellent quality and that takes care of the entire supply chain (from the tree to the bottle), the idea of ​​creating the "Olio Barocco e Wine".
The experience begins with the splendid organic olive groves of Val Paradiso, over one hundred hectares waving in green and silver; continues with a visit to the oil mill and the Val Paradiso Academy, the spaces for innovation and training, where you understand the manufacturing processes, learn how to taste the oil and get to know its peculiarities.
The tour continues with a guided tour of Naro, with its medieval layout and its splendid Baroque buildings.
The last stop of the tour is a visit to the Baglio Bonsignore estate, where you can taste the wines accompanied by a selection of typical local products.
It will be an experience made of taste and tradition, of discovering the pleasures of the palate and unusual and surprising places.

- For the "Picnic in the Vineyard":
- The picnic set is NOT included in the price and must be returned intact and complete (excluding food and consumables).
- In case of bad weather or adverse conditions at the picnic between the rows, you will have a covered area outside or a room inside the structure.
